NAD+ IV Therapy in Mumbai
Cellular energy support
NAD+ IV therapy delivers nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide directly into the bloodstream. At SOMA in Dadar, Mumbai it is physician-supervised and dosed to your own assessment, used to support cellular energy production, focus and healthy ageing. It is one option among several, and only offered when your results support it.
What is NAD+ therapy?
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme present in every cell. It takes part in the reactions that turn food into usable energy and in the repair and signalling pathways that keep cells working. Levels tend to fall with age and under sustained physiological stress.
NAD+ IV therapy supplies it intravenously, which bypasses digestion. At SOMA the infusion is prepared and given at our own premises by trained clinical staff, with a physician responsible for the dose and the schedule. It is a supportive therapy, not a treatment for any specific disease.
What may NAD+ IV therapy help with?
Clients usually come to it for one of the following. Whether it is appropriate for you depends on your assessment, and results vary by individual biology.
Everyday energy
Persistent low energy that has not been explained by routine bloodwork, where mitochondrial demand is part of the picture.
Focus and mental clarity
Brain fog and difficulty sustaining concentration, investigated alongside sleep, thyroid, iron and blood-sugar markers.
Healthy ageing
Used within a longevity protocol to support the cellular processes that decline with age, alongside diet, training and sleep work.
Recovery load
Periods of heavy physical or cognitive demand, where recovery has become slower than it used to be.
Metabolic support
As one component of a metabolic protocol, never as a substitute for correcting the underlying driver.
Post-illness fatigue
Lingering fatigue after infection or a demanding treatment course, once other causes have been screened for.
SOMA makes no claim that NAD+ therapy cures, reverses or prevents any disease. It is used to support function while the root cause is investigated and addressed.
Who is a good candidate?
NAD+ therapy suits people who have had their symptoms properly investigated and who want to support energy, focus and healthy ageing alongside the work being done on the underlying cause. It is not a first step, and it is not a substitute for correcting a hormonal, metabolic or nutritional problem.
You have completed, or are completing, diagnostic testing at SOMA
Your physician has reviewed your medication list and medical history
You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
You understand it is one part of a protocol, with a defined review point
If your assessment does not support it, we will say so and recommend something else. Some people are advised against it entirely — for example where a cardiac, renal or psychiatric condition makes it unsuitable. Your physician will explain the risks before you consent.
What happens during a session at SOMA?
Review
Your physician confirms the indication, checks your current medication and agrees the dose and infusion rate for this session.
Preparation
The infusion is prepared on site. Baseline observations are taken and a cannula is placed by a trained nurse.
Infusion
NAD+ is given slowly. The rate is adjusted to comfort; flushing, nausea or chest tightness are common if it runs too fast and settle when it is slowed.
After
Observations are repeated and you are asked how you felt. What you report is recorded and used to set the next dose and interval.
Is NAD+ therapy available in Delhi?
Yes. Our New Delhi centre at E-354, Greater Kailash II offers the same physician-supervised IV therapies as the Dadar clinic, under the same clinical direction. Availability of specific infusions varies by date, so confirm when you book.
Common questions
NAD+ IV therapy restores circulating levels of a coenzyme essential to cellular energy production. Clients typically pursue it for energy, mental clarity, recovery and healthy-ageing support. Responses vary by individual — at SOMA, testing determines whether and how NAD+ is used.
Oral NAD+ precursors must survive digestion and conversion; an infusion delivers NAD+ directly into circulation at physician-controlled doses. Both have roles — your SOMA protocol may combine them based on your labs.
Cost depends on dose and protocol length, which are set from your diagnostics rather than a fixed menu. Contact SOMA for a consultation.
NAD+ occurs naturally in every cell. Infusions at SOMA are physician-supervised with screening beforehand and rate-adjusted for comfort; transient flushing or nausea can occur if run too fast, which supervision manages.
